Frantz Simon, a seasoned athlete for his time, has played soccer for the Toronto Blizzards, Ontario Provincial Teams and Canadian National Teams. His soccer experiences were also enriched by professional play in the Netherlands.

Vice-President of the Canadian Soccer Association (C.S.A.), Les Wilkinson, described Frantz best when announcing his appointment as ‘Manager of Player Development’ for the Ontario Soccer Association (O.S.A.), "Frantz is no doubt a product of the Canadian system."

Currently, Frantz holds a C.S.A. "B" coaching license and comes highly regarded by both Holger Osiek, former Canadian National Team Coach, and Jim Cannovan, Technical Director of the O.S.A.
